This Sanctuary Cove home was designed by Paul Clout and built by Allwood Contractors, with the pool, ponds and water features constructed by us. The project incorporates more than 110,000 litres of water volume, 87 cubic metres of sprayed and shaped concrete, and 300 square metres of tiled interiors.

With the aim of being efficient and low maintenance, the design involves 92 in-floor cleaning heads and six channel drains, making it the largest residential in-floor cleaning system in Australia at the time of construction and one of the most sophisticated residential pool projects in the country.
